Used the Confinement countdown checklist before the birth? This calendar picks up where its After Baby Arrives list stops and adds the health checks for baby and mum. Both are free at raisingangels.sg/downloads.
Official steps are marked Official; vaccines are marked National Schedule. Everything else is a typical timing, not a rule. This calendar does not diagnose. If you are worried about your baby or yourself, call your doctor or the hospital. For an emergency, call 995.
