What we store and why
- Your child’s name and measurements stay on your device. We never store a child’s name. If you add your children after joining, we keep each one’s due date or birthday as Child 1, Child 2 and so on, to show what matters for their ages.
- We use your first name and email to sign you in and greet you. Your first name stays private.
- We keep the guides, checklist ticks and stage you choose. Tool results are saved only when you choose “Save my result”, review exactly what will be kept and confirm it.
- New members get the RaisingAngels email updates: new printables, guides for your child’s stage, and school and childcare dates worth knowing. They also carry the occasional offer from a family brand we have checked, as the Privacy Notice explains. Turn them off anytime in Account → Communications or with the unsubscribe link in any email. Sign-in codes and security notices still arrive.
Common questions
Can I use the tools without an account?
Yes. Every tool, guide and free printable works without an account. An account only keeps what you choose to save.
What do I get with a free account?
Saved results, a checklist for your child’s stage, a reading list, the members’ printables in my downloads and RaisingAngels email updates.
Do you keep my child’s details?
Only the dates you choose to add. You can add each child’s due date or birthday, optionally, so we show what matters for their ages. We never store a child’s name, and a nickname stays on your device. A child’s measurements and the other details you type into a tool stay on your device, and a saved result keeps only the results and the inputs you choose.
Can I turn off RaisingAngels emails?
Yes, anytime, in Account → Communications or with the unsubscribe link in any email. You keep your account. Sign-in codes and security notices still arrive.
