Privacy Notice · Version 2

Your child’s details stay with you.

You choose what your free account keeps. A child’s name and measurements never leave your device, and a child’s due date or birthday is kept only if you add it.

What this notice covers

Version 2, dated 17 October 2026. This notice explains what RaisingAngels.sg keeps about you, why, and the choices you have. It covers the website, the free tools and printables, and the free RaisingAngels account (My family plan). We will tell members before any change that affects them.

Your child’s details stay on your device

Many of our tools ask about your child: a date of birth, a weight or height, a due date, a routine or a name. Those tools work in your browser. A child’s name and measurements are not sent to us. A child’s date of birth or due date reaches us only if you add it to your account under My children (below). A child’s name, date of birth and measurements are never put in a web address, and never go to analytics, into a referral link or into a share image.

  • Fields marked as kept on this device are never included when you save a result, compare scenarios or email yourself a plan.
  • We never store a child’s name. A saved result keeps the results and only the inputs you choose to save. Please don’t type your child’s name when you name a saved result.
  • When you are signed in, a tool can offer “Use for: Child 1” to fill in a date you saved. The other details you enter in a tool stay on your device as before.
  • Logs such as sleep and feeding notes or confinement checklists stay in this browser unless you choose to save them to your account. You can export or delete them at any time.
  • Before you share a result image, you can hide its numbers.

Who is responsible

RaisingAngels.sg is operated by Zion Global Marketing Pte Ltd in Singapore. Calvin Woon is the designated Data Protection Officer and accountability owner. For questions about your personal data, access or correction requests, or to withdraw a consent, email admin@raisingangels.sg or use our contact form. No personal phone number is published for this role.

What we keep when you have an account

  • Your account: your email address, the first name you give us, an optional last name, your confirmation that you are 18 or over, and when you joined and last signed in.
  • Your agreement: which version of these Terms and this notice you accepted and when. These records are only ever added to, never changed, and we keep them as evidence even after an account is deleted, without your saved items.
  • Your email-updates choice: each time you turn email updates on or off, and which version of the wording you saw.
  • Your children, if you add them: each child’s due date or birthday, shown in your account as Child 1 to Child 6 (up to six), and whether the date is a due date. We never store a child’s name: a nickname you give a child stays on your device. You can add children when you join or later in My family plan, and edit or delete each one at any time.
  • What you choose to save: named results with the inputs you chose, the results, the assumptions and the date of the figures used; checklist ticks; your reading list; favourite tools; and your life stage (expecting, baby, toddler, preschool, primary or family) if you pick one.
  • Referrals, if you use them: your invite code, who joined through it and whether each referral was confirmed, and the leaderboard name you choose. We never show you your friends’ names or emails. If you win a prize, we keep the details needed to pay you and a record of the payment.
  • Plan emails: when you tick “Also email me a copy”, a record that we emailed that plan to you and when, so we never send it twice.

Your account does not record which members’ printables you download. We may delete an account whose email address was never verified after 7 days.

Why we use it

  • To sign you in with a one-time code and keep your account secure.
  • To keep your saved results, checklists and reading list ready when you come back.
  • To give you the members’ printables and, when you ask, email you a copy of your plan.
  • To show each child’s stage, age and next key dates (such as vaccinations, P1 registration and the PSLE year) in My family plan and on the tools.
  • To send RaisingAngels email updates while they are on (see below). We use your children’s due dates or birthdays to send what matters for their ages. We never sell or share them.
  • To run referrals and prize rounds: count confirmed referrals, show the leaderboard, stop fake sign-ups and pay prizes.
  • To prevent abuse, such as automated sign-ups.

Calculator inputs and results are saved only when you confirm a save. We do not use your saved results for marketing, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

RaisingAngels email updates

Your free account includes RaisingAngels email updates: new printables, guides for your child’s stage, school and childcare dates worth knowing, and occasional offers from family brands we have checked. Creating an account turns them on. You can turn them off at any time in Account → Communications or with the unsubscribe link in any update, and you keep your account and everything you saved. Essential emails (sign-in codes, security notices and plan copies you asked for) are not marketing and still arrive.

Email updates are sent through a dedicated GoHighLevel account. It receives only your email address, first name, your email-updates choice and when you made it and, while email updates are on, each child’s due date or birthday and the stage of your youngest and eldest child. It never receives a child’s name, your saved results or anything else about your child. We do not share your children’s dates with partners or advertisers; any partner offer would need its own separate box that you tick, and we have none. GoHighLevel stores data in the United States. If you unsubscribe through an email, we bring that choice back into your account. When email updates are off, we remove your children’s dates from GoHighLevel.

Service providers and overseas processing

  • Supabase hosts the account database and the email sign-in, in its Singapore region.
  • Resend (United States) sends sign-in codes and plan copies from auth.raisingangels.sg, and passes contact-form messages to our inbox.
  • GoHighLevel sends email updates, as described above.
  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 run only if you allow analytics cookies. They receive page views and tool events with no inputs, results or child details; tool inputs are removed from the web address before analytics loads.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile may check that a sign-up is not automated.
  • Our web host serves the site and our small server adapters.

Where a provider processes data outside Singapore, we require protection comparable to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.

Browser storage

Essential local storage in your browser keeps you signed in on that device for up to 30 days after you enter an email code; signing out ends it on that browser. Your browser also keeps your theme and text size, your analytics choice, and the device-only tool logs described above. Clearing site data removes all of it from that browser.

Your choices, access and deletion

You can view, rename and delete saved results, checklists and your reading list yourself in My family plan. To get a copy of your account data, correct it or delete your account, email admin@raisingangels.sg from your account’s address. Requests are handled manually. If we cannot complete one within 30 days, we will tell you when we expect to. Do not send identity documents or verification codes by ordinary email. Deleting your account removes your saved items, your children’s dates, plan-email records and email-updates history; the acceptance records described above remain.

Security and changes

Sign-in uses one-time email codes, so there is no password to steal. Account data is protected so that each member can read only their own records, and only enabled administrators can see the member list. If a data breach is likely to harm you, we will tell you and the PDPC as the law requires. We will date every new version of this notice and tell members before a change that affects them.
