Worth a second look
Last year's ranges change every year. This shows the spread of your list, not whether your child will be posted to any school.
MOE's posting rules, read today
This planner sorts your own figures; it never predicts a posting and never says a school is safe. Last year's ranges change every year: MOE says cut-offs typically move by 1 point and can move by 2 or 3, and meeting a cut-off does not guarantee a place because tie-breakers apply. Use MOE SchoolFinder for ranges and the MOE S1 Posting page for the rules and dates. Rules and dates checked ; 2026 dates are tentative until MOE confirms them.

Does this tell us which school our child will get?
No. It only compares your child's score with last year's ranges that you type in. Posting depends on this year's scores, the order of your choices, tie-breakers and vacancies, and last year's ranges change every year.
What do above, around and below mean?
Above means last year's cut-off was more than 1 point better than your child's score. Around means it was within 1 point. Below means your child's score was more than 1 point better than last year's cut-off.
Why do you not show school cut-offs?
MOE publishes last year's ranges in SchoolFinder for each Posting Group. We point you there rather than copy them, so you always read the official, current figures.
Where should our affiliated school go?
Affiliation priority only counts when the affiliated secondary school is your first choice. Listed anywhere else, your child is considered without affiliation priority.
