What this result assumes

For Singapore Citizen children with married parents, using the figures the other tools already use, each with its own source and checked date. Children are counted eldest first, so we take them as all your children for birth order. Baby Bonus and CDA amounts follow the Baby Bonus Maximiser. It has the rules for babies born from 1 April 2025 and the SG Child Support Package from 1 April 2027. Earlier births had other amounts, so we point you to the LifeSG app. LifeSG credits and Child Credits follow the LifeSG credits tracker. Preschool subsidy, MOE FAS and SCFA use each agency’s income limits; we never decide eligibility, and agencies assess each household. Deadlines are the next jab on the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule and the school steps from School years from birth date. Dates MOE or SEAB has not published show only the year. Your children’s dates and income stay on this device.

Common questions

Why does birth order matter?

For births before 1 April 2027, a third or later child gets a larger CDA First Step Grant and matching cap. The cash is S$10,000 for every child. From 1 April 2027 every child gets the same support.

Why do some schemes say to check?

We only show an amount when the official figures cover your child. They cover births from 14 February 2023. For an earlier birth, past Baby Bonus payments are in the LifeSG app.

Who counts in our household?

ECDA counts both parents in a household of fewer than 5. In a household of 5 or more it counts everyone at the main applicant’s registered address. MOE and MSF assess in their own way.
